Labour policy and warranty
Properly qualified technician using industry accepted standards and practices. We strive to do the best we can with your problems. However due to many circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to Software manufacturers software errors, Microsoft software errors, bugs, viruses, spyware, malware, and user error and decision making, require us to charge by the hour for our work. We charge by the hour for the attempt to repair your machine and software and expect by the hour payment for our services regardless of the outcome. We do not have fixed time contracts available or specific rates for specific jobs everything is by the hour. Even if we are unsuccessful in repairing your machine we still charge regardless of outcome as we are highly qualified and use industry standard practices which sometime result in unsuccessful results due to circumstances we simply can not control. We do not charge for the bench time for virus removal scans but do charge for the time we are on your machine and sometimes a proper removal will corrupt windows in an unforeseeable manner and require further work charged by the hour to repair windows or reinstall. In any event our work is charged by the hour regardless of outcome whether successful or not. We strive to provide the best service possible and charge for but simply can not control other manufacturers or users so we must receive payment for our time regardless of outcome. |
