Includes 1 Year RTB (return to base) Hardware warranty with quick turn around and does not include software warranties of any kind. Additional warranties above the 1 year warranty are manufacturer’s warranties (up to 5 years) and are extended to the customer and include a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks from the manufacturer and require shipping cost to be paid by the customer. Turn around for delivery of new machine is approximately 4-5 days from Cleared funds Payment. Any on site visits to Investigate any failing equipment is possible but at $85 per hour. Should a machine be RTB to our shop and be determined to have software issues and no hardware faults it will incur labour charges for repair time to repair software errors. Should a computer be found to have a hardware issue we will endeavour to repair it under warranty at no charge for the 1st year when machine is returned to our office for diagnosis as quickly as we can. |
